Rank Tracker Reports
A keyword ranking report you can share
A ranking report shows where your business appears in local search for the keywords you track, and how those positions changed over a period. Rating Captain Local builds it from your rank tracker data: a keyword ranking table with your position for every tracked keyword over time, and a position map that shows your average rank across the area for the keyword that improved most.
The report also lists the businesses that rank around you, so you know who you are up against for each search. Next to the rankings it adds your Google Business Profile results, such as calls and direction requests, compared with the previous 30 days, so you can connect a better position with what customers did.
Create a one-time report for any date range, or set up a recurring report that is emailed to you and your team on a schedule. Every report can also be shared through its own link and can carry your own logo, which makes it easy to pass on to a partner, a franchise owner or head office.

Frequently asked questions
What is a ranking report?
A ranking report summarizes where your business appears in search for the keywords you track and how those positions changed over a chosen period. For a local business it covers Google Maps and local results, not only regular web results.
What does a keyword ranking report include?
A keyword ranking table, a position map with your average rank across the area, the competitors ranking around you, and Google Business Profile results such as calls and direction requests compared with the previous period.
Can ranking reports be sent automatically?
Yes. Set up a recurring report and it is emailed to the recipients you choose on a regular schedule. You can also create a one-time report for any date range or share a report through its own link.
How is a rank tracker report different from a performance report?
A rank tracker report focuses on your keyword positions and how they vary across the map. A performance report focuses on profile activity such as views, calls and website clicks. Most businesses use both.
